The Short Version

My husband bought this fogless shower mirror so he could actually shave his face while showering instead of fumbling with a bathroom mirror after the fact. It mounts directly to tile, stays completely fog free once you fill the reservoir with warm water, and has proven so well attached that we left the first one behind in Maine simply because it would not come off the wall. At $29.95, it solved exactly the problem he bought it for.

Why I Bought It

We have a tile shower, and my husband wanted a mirror he could mount right on the wall so he could shave his face without stepping out and fogging up a regular bathroom mirror every time. This one caught his attention because of its fogless design and the fact that it could mount wherever he wanted right on the tile. The idea of shaving in the shower, done and rinsed off before he even steps out, was exactly what he was after.

What Is In the Box

You get the mirror itself, which measures 6.875 inches long and 4.875 inches wide, mounted on a bracket with overall dimensions of 8.5 inches long and 6.5 inches wide. A squeegee comes included, along with a small built in shelf for holding a razor. Current price, at the time of this review: $29.95. Check current price on Amazon

The Real Life Experience

The mirror itself is removable from the bracket to fill the water reservoir. You lift it off the mount, fill it with warm or hot water, and slide it back into place. That warm water is what keeps the mirror surface fogless the entire time he showers, even with hot water and steam filling the space. When he is done, he slides the mirror off, empties the water, sets it back on the mount and gives it two quick passes with the included squeegee to clear any residual fog.

The bracket adjusts easily, so he can angle the mirror closer or farther depending on what feels right that day, and the design accommodates different users and angles without any complicated adjustment mechanism. The built in shelf holds his razor right there, so there is no scrambling to find a dry surface mid-shave.

We bought our first one while living in Maine, and the adhesive backing stuck so well to the tile that when it came time to move, my husband tried to remove it and simply could not get it off cleanly without of the use of tools he had already packed. It stayed behind in that house because the hold was that strong. Once we settled into our Florida condo, he bought a second one and mounted it in our new shower, and it has performed exactly the same way, no fogging, easy adjustment, and a bond to the tile that has never budged.

What I Love

The fogless function is the standout here, since it delivers exactly what it promises every single time with zero fogging even in a fully steamed up shower. The adhesive strength is a genuine plus too, since it means never worrying about the mirror slipping or falling mid-shave. The built in razor shelf is a small detail that makes a real daily difference.

What I Would Change

Neither my husband nor I have anything we would change about this one. He bought it to shave in the shower without dealing with a foggy mirror, and it does exactly that, every time, in both homes it has lived in.

Who This Is Perfect For

This mirror is perfect for anyone who wants to shave in the shower, especially men shaving their face who want a genuinely fog free surface to work with. It is a great fit for tile showers specifically, since the adhesive backing is built to hold onto that surface long term, and it works well for shared bathrooms since the adjustable bracket accommodates more than one user comfortably.

The Verdict

A mirror that stays fogless through a full hot shower, mounts securely enough to survive years on tile, and gives you a proper place to shave without stepping out is exactly what my husband needed. It has more than earned its place in two different homes. Grab yours on Amazon here
